Correspondence thereinafter may be via email, phone, and/or video, depending on client preferences, needs, and location. We are committed to prompt and clear communication and are flexible to best fit each client’s individualized scenario.

Forms and fees

Prior to the initiation of services, review and completion of a fee schedule agreement is required.  The fee schedule will be transparent, depend on the client type, and agreed upon up front.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is electronic funds transfer, though payment can be also be accepted via cash or check. Zelle is accepted for domestic clients, while wire transfer is preferred for international clients.  Further logistical details are provided in our standard forms and can be mutually decided upon a priori to determine what is most suitable for each client.
